Bring your own keys (BYOK)

Org BYOK is not on the live platform — runs use Wavemaker-metered GPU and partner calls.

Bring-your-own-key is not available on Wavemaker Platform. Legacy kernel orgs could attach xAI / Kling / Gemini / OpenAI / Anthropic / ElevenLabs / BytePlus credentials and pay a 20% orchestration fee on those blocks. That vault and fee model have no platform-api successor (tracked as an open product decision — docs/platform/catalog/legacy-deliverable-parity.md Gaps).

Live runs always use Wavemaker-metered GPU seconds + partner units (POST /runs dual-meter preflight). There is no Account → Provider Keys screen that decrypts customer keys into Materialize.

/product/byok and /settings/providers redirect into the platform shell; they do not enable BYOK.

When a successor ships, this page will document setup, fallback policy, and the fee. Until then, treat any blog or FAQ that describes live BYOK as historical.
